Hi. I’m Amy.

I love people. I LOVE the excitement of possibility. I enjoy helping people feel more like themselves and become successful in a way that feels sustainable, fulfilling and meaningful. I also have a helpful knack for helping people make more money in ways that feel aligned, ethical, and powerful.

What lights me up is speaking about meaning, purpose, identity, and self-leadership - and the courage it takes to grow into who you want to be.

My Background

I’ve spent 20 years in the corporate world - leading sales teams, building high-performing global organizations, navigating acquisitions, and growing revenue across international markets. Coaching has always been part of how I lead - whether I was scaling teams, training new hires, or guiding others through periods of change.

At Twitter (now X), I led international sales and performance orgs, trained teams globally, and played a key role in post-acquisition integration. My leadership was sharpened during the Elon Musk takeover - a time of significant ambiguity, pressure, and change. That experience taught me how to lead with clarity, steadiness, and empathy in complex, high-stakes environments.

I’ve also founded two businesses and worked across Ireland, Canada, and NYC, bringing global perspective and deep commercial insight to everything I do.

My academic background includes a Master’s in Management Coaching (in progress), executive education from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, certification in executive coaching through Adler, and accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

This blend of experience, education, and presence allows me to support others with both strategic clarity and emotional depth - always with the goal of helping them lead from a place of self-trust, intention, and possibility.

The 10-Minute Shift

I host the 10-Minute Shift podcast - a space for reflection, quiet perspective shifts, and exploring new possibilities, delivered in 10 minutes or less.

Each episode is a moment to pause, consider something differently, and see where it takes you. A gentle nudge toward new ways of thinking, seeing, and being.
