Helping you explore new possibilities

Hello, and welcome. I’m Amy, a self & business leadership coach. I help people explore the space between who they are and who they’re becoming - because when you grow, your business does too.

“Every time you breathe in and take a step, you arrive.”

Thich Nhat Hanh

Lovely to meet you

If you’re here, welcome. You’re in a space I created with care and intention.

I believe in thoughtful, grounded leadership, not performative hustle or polished perfection. I believe in the kind of success that feels aligned, not just impressive. The kind that lets you breathe and feel grounded.

After two decades in sales, leadership, and business strategy - including ten years at Twitter leading global teams and navigating some of the wildest transitions in tech (yes, that one) - I’ve learned what truly matters.

What matters is who you are underneath it all - when the roles fall away, when things change, when certainty disappears. It’s about identity. About coming home to yourself and leading from that place - not from fear, or performance, or proving.

My work now is about helping people come back to that place within themselves, where clarity, confidence, and wise decisions live. I care deeply about the inner world of leadership. About quiet, calm power. About building a business and life that reflect who you really are.

Because your business or career can only grow as much as you’re willing to grow yourself.

If you’re here to explore those things too, I think you’ll feel at home.

The 10-Minute Shift

The 10-Minute Shift is a space for reflection, quiet perspective shifts, and exploring new possibilities, delivered in 10 minutes or less.

Each episode is a moment to pause, consider something differently, and see where it takes you. A gentle nudge toward new ways of thinking, seeing, and being.
